That all institutions will be enabling to the development/evolution of humankind, enriching people’s lives for the betterment of all.

Mission & Strategy

The name Progressus communicates the purpose of our work. It signifies a moving forward, an ongoingness, and the advancement toward higher and more improved stages.

Accordingly, we provide guidance, education and training in the practice of the theories and associated methods and means that underlie viability and progress such as:

  • organizational design/re-design,
  • leadership,
  • individual & organizational learning
  • quality through continuous improvement.

Informed by our Vision, we offer a means to self-sufficiency and viability–the antecedent of progress. Thus to our clients we are guides, educators and provocateurs of learning.
